How does the communication with my team work?

We will set up a dedicated email group thread to answer your teams questions. For level 3 subscribers you will also receive a task progress view of your tasks in progress.

How do I cancel?

As we use Stripe as a payment provider you'll be able to cancel via your stripe subscriptions. Alternatively, email our team and we will cancel your contract right away.

Is there a minimum subscription?

No - you pay for your first month ahead of service and can cancel at any time for tier 1 - 3 support.

What if I subscribe and change my mind - can I get my money back.

Yes, as long as you notify our team within 2 working days of subscribing, provided you have not completed your onboarding call, you will get your money back, minus any fee from the payment provider, which is beyond our control.
