The sales pipeline was cluttered with irrelevant data, including hate mail mistakenly generated as deals, making it challenging to identify and manage real opportunities. Additionally, the renewal process lacked a proactive approach and was bogged down by redundant stages, leading to missed renewals and increased churn. SupraHuman needed streamlined, efficient systems to manage their sales and renewal processes effectively and drive growth.

Implementation Record Document (IRD): A detailed IRD was created to map out the new sales process and data structuring. This included a thorough review and approval from the client, ensuring alignment with their goals.
Data Structure Implementation: We developed new properties at the contact, company, and deal levels, creating a robust foundation for the revamped pipeline.
Pipeline Build and Automation: The new sales pipeline was built with clearly defined stages, adjusted deal probabilities, and integrated automation. This included rigorous testing and client review sessions to guarantee a seamless transition.
Training and Activation: Comprehensive training documentation was created, and sessions were conducted to ensure that SupraHuman’s team was fully equipped to utilise the new system effectively.
Reporting Dashboard: Key reporting requirements were mapped out and initial reports were built and refined in collaboration with the client. This provided SupraHuman with actionable insights and enhanced their decision-making capabilities.
